Theraflu is Intense
Post Google search, I was self-diagnosed with the flu today. I bought a box of Theraflu packets and I was being an informed sickie by reading the box and now I'm a little freaked out by all of the "warning"s and caps lock going on! Apparently, I'm supposed to consult a doctor? And "excitability may occur"? What kind of a product is this??

Thoughts on Snow Stuff
I generally don't initiate or enjoy snowball fights, I would rather build a snowman or take pictures. But it depends entirely on the situation.

Cleaning My Room is Quite the Production
Repeatedly tried to suck up a jingle bell with a vacuum cleaner before realizing what was going on, jammed my finger accidentally in the window tracks, and while taking a Mighty Mite to the floor under my bed I got my hair caught in the springs. Easy fix? Not so much when you're laughing!
The Whole World as 100 People

69 would be non-Christian, 31 would be Christian
18 would be unable to read
17 would suffer from malnutrition
1 would be dying of starvation
only 1 would have a college education
1 would own a computer
8 would speak English, 92 would speak another language

I Owe It All to Fruit Snacks
I was recently contemplating my good health during this stressful time of studying and I had epiphany. I will now share a secret with all of you: if you eat the purple bag of fruit snacks from the vending machines on campus you won't get sick due to the full serving of Vitamin C in every package!
Beautiful People
The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths.
These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep, loving concern.
Beautiful people do not just happen.
--Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

The Best Mirror on BYU Campus
After much thought and observation, I have come to the conclusion that the best "mirror" is the reflection from the far left vending machine in Hinckley Lobby.

Keeping Up Appearances
The other day I went to the HBLL on my way back from class and I decided to check Facebook for a few minutes as a quick break. I slid my chair into the computer desk and happened to notice that the guy next to me was filling out an application for Yale. Well I couldn't get on Facebook now, I pulled up an application for Harvard and perused it for a few minutes before sending the application to myself and logging off the computer. What else could I have done?

Field Training Prep: Sleep Deprivation
The equivalent of "boot camp" for the Air Force is called "field training" and from what I've gathered, it's not necessarily physically exhausting as it is mentally. Therefore, I am justifying the 1 hour of sleep I got last night after watching battle movies with Allie as "field training prep", I feel stronger already.
